INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT THE ADVERTISING FORM
When filling out the ad form, please PRINT the information legibly.
Dogs Info:
The AKC/CKC(Canada)/Reg# field is to enter the dog's registration number. If you have a foreign (other than Canada) registration number please enter it and note which registry it is from.
The COI field stands for 'Coefficient of Inbreeding'. Many pedigree programs will calculate this for you.
Please list the actual OFA numbers for the health fields such as OFA Hips, OFA Patellas, etc. If it is a Prelim, please specify that.
If you have had the health check done but have not submitted it to OFA (for instance, if you live in Canada or another country), please list the status of the check and include the notation 'Vet checked', or 'xxxx specialist checked', or the name of the certifying body such as the University of Guelph. For example, if you have had the dogs patellas checked and they are tight, note it as follows: "Vet checked - tight", or "Orthopedic specialist checked - tight", or "Guelph checked - tight".
The CERF field should contain the actual CERF number or the classification done by a Veterinary Ophthalmologist if it was not sent in to CERF.
The PHPT Test field should contain the certificate number and either "Positive" or "Negative".
If there are tests that have not been completed, please leave the field blank. We will be able to take corrections/additions to the ads up until December, but the initial ads must be in by the deadline of October 1, 2008.
The NUMBER OF OFFSPRING is the number of puppies produced by the dog/bitch.
Optionally, you may list how many of the offspring are champions and how many are not.
The remainder of the information is fairly self-explanatory. Be sure to include your email address and web site if you have one and want it published.

Please include a LEGIBLE 4 generation pedigree with your ad submission.

Ads from within the US:
The prices for the ads are $40 for a single ad and $30 for each additional ad after the first ad for the same person.
So 2 ads would be $70, 3 ads would be $100, 4 ads would be $130, etc..
If you would like your ad to be placed on our online site as well as published in the printed Annual, please include an additional $20 per ad. These will remain online until the following year when the next issue of the Keeshond Breeder's Annual is published.
Ads from outside the US:
Please note that due to high postage costs to send the free Annual that is included when you place an ad or ads we must charge a shipping and handling fee to partially cover the cost. Each total ad order from a Canadian resident must include an additional $13.00 USD, and each other International total ad order must include an additional $25.00 USD.
