INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING PHOTOS
Submitting photos for us to scan:
When submitting a photo for us to scan, please choose a good quality photo that sets the dog apart from the background as much as possible. When the photo is scanned it will be cropped to the dog only, and (where possible) any offending background will be removed to showcase the dog.
Please make sure the photo you send us to scan is large enough to be able to produce a good 5 inch by 5 inch picture of your dog. Please do not send a small snapshot with the dog barely visible. The better the photo, the better the scan.
Photos submitted to us for scanning will be returned with your complimentary copy of the Keeshond Breeder's Annual.
Submitting photos via email, CD, or DVD:
When submitting photos electronically, please be sure the image is high resolution - at LEAST 300 dpi. The photo should also be of the dog only, and of the correct size for the ads which is 5 inches by 5 inches.
Electronically submitted photos should be in either JPG, TIFF, or BMP format. Please be sure to include the file extension when you name the file so we know what type it is. Also, make sure you name the file to contain the dog's call name and your last name. For example: Powell_Flair.jpg. This will enable us to quickly match up the photo with the ad.
Electronically submitted photos can be emailed to us at: orders@keesbreederannual.com
If the file is very large (over 10MB), please zip it with a utility like WinZip or Stuffit first.
They can also be snail mailed to us with your ad submission on either a CD or a DVD. Be sure to make the CD or DVD a data format that can be readable by all other systems.
